Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer – Python & MongoDB

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python and MongoDB to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of backend and frontend technologies, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and user experience.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities: Backend Development:

1. Develop robust and scalable APIs and backend services using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

2. Design and maintain efficient database schemas and queries in MongoDB.

3. Optimize server-side logic for performance, scalability, and reliability.

4. Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.

Frontend Development:

1. Design and develop dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

2. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and functional designs.

3. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

4. Implement reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.

Full Stack Responsibilities:

1. Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the entire stack.

3. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient development workflows.

4. Ensure cross-platform optimization for web and mobile platforms.

Leadership and Collaboration:

1. Mentor junior developers and provide code reviews to ensure quality standards.

2. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

3. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, integrating them into projects as appropriate.

4. Lead discussions on system architecture and best practices.

Testing and Deployment:

1. Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.

2. Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

3. Monitor application performance and implement solutions to enhance it.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of full stack development experience with Python and MongoDB.

• Proven experience in building and scaling web applications.

Skillsets:

Technical Skills:

1. Backend Development:

o Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

o Expertise in MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning.

o Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

o Knowledge of message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).

2. Frontend Development:

o Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

o Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

o Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, etc.).

o Knowledge of responsive design principles and CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS).

3. DevOps and CI/CD:

o Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab).

o Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

o Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

4. Database and Cloud:

o Expertise in NoSQL databases like MongoDB; familiarity with SQL is a plus.

o Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). o Experience with database performance monitoring tools.

5. Testing and Quality Assurance:

o Experience with testing frameworks (Pytest, Selenium, Jest).

o Knowledge of code analysis tools and practices for maintaining high code quality.

6. Others:

o Familiarity with task runners (Celery, Airflow).

o Knowledge of security best practices for web applications.

Pay: ₹311,109.22 - ₹1,475,408.64 per year
