Senior Front End Developer (React JS)

Overview

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend Developer with 4-5 years of expertise in React, HTML, CSS, and UI development. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, exceptional coding ability, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Build scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly interfaces using React, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to ensure a cohesive design and functionality.
• Optimize Applications: Improve application performance and responsiveness across multiple platforms and browsers.
• Implement UI Designs: Translate UI/UX wireframes and designs into interactive and intuitive user interfaces.
• Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve frontend-related issues to ensure optimal user experiences.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in React.js, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
• Hands-on experience with building responsive and mobile-friendly designs.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating them into frontend applications.
• UI/UX Knowledge:
• Ability to implement pixel-perfect designs from wireframes/mockups.
• Understanding of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (preferred).
• Experience:
• 4-5 years of proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme).
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
