Key Responsibilities
- UI/UX Development: Design and implement advanced front-end components and features using modern web technologies, with a focus on ReactJS, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences.
- Responsive Design: Develop and maintain fully responsive web applications optimized for performance across various devices and screen sizes.
- Collaboration: Partner with designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate complex design concepts into functional, high-quality user interfaces.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency, leveraging advanced techniques and tools.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure consistent functionality and appearance across all major browsers and platforms, addressing compatibility challenges effectively.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
- Technical Leadership: Contribute to architectural decisions, recommend tools and frameworks, and drive continuous improvement in front-end development processes.
