JOB TITLE: Senior FrontEnd Developer
LOCATION: Remote (Night Shift - PST)
EXPERIENCE: 8 – 10 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable frontend solutions.
• Work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure the smooth operation of critical web and mobile user flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and user experience.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Build and maintain user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Full-Stack Involvement: Work in a full-stack environment using GraphQL, Node.js, and Kotlin (a plus).
• Scalability & Performance: Develop solutions that support millions of users and high-traffic transactions.
• Technical Leadership: Guide best practices in architecture, automation, monitoring, and alerting.
• Business Alignment: Translate business needs into technical specifications with strong communication skills.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and test automation.
• Live Operations Support: Ensure the stability and reliability of user-facing critical flows.

Required Skills & Experience

• Frontend Expertise: Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS (S3, EC2, CloudFront) and Kubernetes containers.
• Scalable Architecture: Understanding of SPA (Single-Page Applications) and micro-frontends.
• High-Traffic Systems: Experience working on subscription-based or e-commerce platforms.
• Startup Mindset: Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments with rapid iteration cycles.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Passion for mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred Skills)

• GraphQL development experience.
• Kotlin for backend services.
• Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Kubernetes & Docker for containerized deployments.
