Who You Are

You are a highly skilled frontend engineer who understands both the technical and user experience aspects of building great software. You have deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks, UI/UX design, performance optimization, and scalable architecture. You don’t just write code—you build intuitive, high-performance applications that users love.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

1. Frontend Development Expertise (4+ years)

• Strong experience with Next.js (React) and Vue.js (Nuxt.js is a plus).
• Deep understanding of Tailwind CSS for scalable and maintainable styles.
• Experience with ShadCN UI or other modern component libraries to create stunning interfaces.

2. User Experience & Product Design

• Ability to understand user behavior and interactions, ensuring seamless UI/UX.
• Experience collaborating with designers to translate Figma/Adobe XD wireframes into functional, pixel-perfect UIs.
• Deep knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (a11y), and user flow optimizations.

3. Performance Optimization & Scalability

• Strong experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), and ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration) to improve app performance.
• Expertise in lazy loading, asset optimization, and reducing time-to-interactive (TTI) for lightning-fast applications.
• Experience working with Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, and frontend performance metrics to ensure top-tier UX.

4. API Integration & Data Handling

• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets for real-time interactions.
• Experience with data fetching strategies, caching (SWR, React Query), and API response optimizations.
• Ability to structure and manage large datasets efficiently without UI lag.

5. State Management & Component-Driven Architecture

• Strong experience with Zustand, Redux, or Pinia for managing application state.
• Experience in modular, reusable component development for highly scalable applications.

6. Git & Collaboration

• Strong Git workflow experience (branching, PR reviews, CI/CD).
• Experience working with Agile teams and structured engineering processes.
• Ability to work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to ship high-quality software.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• UX Analytics & User Behavior Tracking – Experience working with Heatmaps, A/B testing, and analytics tools to refine user flows.
• Automation & AI Integration – Understanding of AI-powered UI, data-driven UI improvements, and browser automation.
• Frontend Testing – Experience with Jest, Cypress, or Playwright to ensure high code reliability.
• Animation & Microinteractions – Experience with Framer Motion, GSAP, or Lottie for adding delightful animations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
