Senior Executive/Executive IT Support

Responsible for supporting the activities of the function to ensure effective maintenance and smooth functioning of IT systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic tracking and monitoring of defined parameters for effective functioning of IT systems and network hardware across all locations as per the prescribed standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Prepare MIS updates of operational status of IT systems and network infrastructure and provide the same to the superior
• Prepare and maintain masters of IT systems procured, installed and in use across all locations
• Support the maintenance of the IT systems and infrastructure within the Corporate Office in line with a defined preventive maintenance schedule
• Conduct periodic backups of databases to prevent data loss from any system failure.
• Visit to various offices to monitor and resolve issues related to IT-Infra.
• Provide IT and technology support to users across locations by addressing the queries within defined timelines and escalating in case of non-resolution.
• Obtain feedback on the performance of IT systems and infrastructure from the users and communicate the same to the superior
• Support the activities of the function such as the preparing material for the IT related trainings to employees ( IT Security, Data Privacy Policy, Share point, One Drive, M365 etc ) , arranging and scheduling simulations in the team for response to network outages and breakdowns in the network etc.
• Provide best possible automation solution to our clients as per their need, including data processing of client shipping data if required. Good Ms-Excel skill is required.
• Proficiency in M365 package specially EXCEL, script languages like .ASP, PYTHON, HTML etc. and basic networking and database knowledge desired.
• Willing to work on Sunday/Holiday and early/late shift as per organization need. Person with 2 wheeler preferred.
