Skills & Responsibilities

Candidate must have experience in Framework like Laravel / Codeigniter or PHP related framework.

Candidate must have experience in Core PHP, Jquery, Javascript, Mysql, HTML, CSS, Json, Ajax, Rest API.

Candidate must be able to handle complete projects independently and guide juniors.

Candidate should be able to deploy code on the production server.

Candidate should have good knowledge of version control tools.

Team managing ability should be an advantage.

Candidate must have worked on a live project.

Superb problem-solving and innovation skills to resolve a wide variety of technical challenges.

Candidate must have bug fixing and debugging skills.

Candidate must follow the Coding Standard.

Need to Work closely with Project managers, testers and designers for completing projects.

Need to document software created.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Ensure the timely development and enhancement of goCollect product features.

Maintain high code quality standards and best practices.

Optimize the performance, security, and scalability of the platform.

Support implementation teams by resolving technical issues and providing guidance.

Collaborate with product managers to align development efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development & Enhancement:
Develop and maintain core features of the goCollect platform.

Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using PHP, Python, Kotlin, and Node.js.

Work on database design and optimization using PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

Develop and integrate microservices architecture.

2. Research & Development (R&D):
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve the product.

Optimize system performance and suggest improvements.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in fintech development.

3. Technical Support & Implementation Assistance:
Provide support to the implementation team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Ensure seamless integration of goCollect with client environments.

Document solutions and best practices for future reference.

4. Infrastructure & Cloud Management:
Deploy and manage applications on Azure/AWS cloud environments.

Monitor system performance using ELK Stack and other observability tools.

Implement CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.

5. Code Quality & Best Practices:
Follow and promote software engineering best practices.

Conduct code reviews and improve development processes.

Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of the platform.

Skills & Competencies:
