Job Description:
Intellinum Inc is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for automating and optimizing development processes, ensuring continuous integration and delivery, and maintaining system infrastructure. You will work closely with developers and IT operations to build, deploy, and manage scalable systems and applications that optimize operational efficiency and business performance for our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Automates SDLC with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins
- Establishes Version Control with Git, managing repositories, branching, and collaboration via Git platforms (e.g., Bitbucket, GitHub)
- Collaborates with dev and operations teams, using Jira for task management and issue tracking
- Completes Scripting with Python and Shell to automate processes and manage environments
- Manages Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Oracle Cloud Resource Manager
- Containerization using Docker for packaging applications and Kubernetes for orchestrating and managing containers
- Handles Cloud Infrastructure on platforms like Oracle Cloud (OCI), ensuring performance, scalability, and security
- Sets up Monitoring & Logging with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and Oracle Cloud’s Observability services
- Manages MySQL and Oracle Cloud ATP Databases, and automates backups, scaling, and monitoring
- Troubleshoots and responds to incidents with fast resolution and in-depth root cause analysis
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Post-Grad/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent work experience or certification
- Must have 6+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills:
- Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Python/Shell scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Autonomous Database, MySql Database
- Ansible, Prometheus/Grafana, Jira, CI/CD automation, cloud networking/security
- Strong consulting skills and ability to work closely with both technical teams and client stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
