We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in managing our cloud infrastructure, implementing automation, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage AWS environments
• Optimize AWS resource usage for cost-effectiveness and performance
• Implement multi-tier architectures, including load balancers, caching, web servers, application servers, and databases
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software integration and deployment
• Identify opportunities for automation and develop tools to improve system efficiency
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments (EKS or other orchestration platforms)
• Work with container technologies like Docker
• Set up and maintain monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch)
• Establish alerting systems and respond to incidents promptly
• Ensure that security best practices are followed in the AWS environment
• Implement and manage security tools
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediate findings
• Work closely with development teams to implement DevOps best practices
• Provide training and documentation to enhance team knowledge
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
• Proficiency in AWS services and cloud architecture
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and container technologies
• Expertise in CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and scripting
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Strong Linux/Unix systems administration skills
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Experience with database systems and messaging queues
