Senior DevOps Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and rapid deployment of our software solutions. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between development and operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud environments using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Create and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software delivery process.
• Monitoring & Automation: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively manage system health and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless deployments.
• Security & Compliance: Integrate security best practices into the DevOps process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance existing DevOps practices, adopting new tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or related fields.
• Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI) and configuration management (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Puppet).
• Solid understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Advanced certifications in cloud technologies or DevOps practices.
• Exposure to agile methodologies and a strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
