Senior DevOps engineer

Overview

We are looking for a talented Senior DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to design, implement, and optimize scalable and reliable infrastructure.
• Manage and deploy applications using cloud services, primarily AWS, ensuring continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain infrastructure using automation tools and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
• Troubleshoot complex systems issues, proactively identifying potential problems and providing solutions.
• Drive operational excellence and best practices for cloud infrastructure, containerization, security, and monitoring.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring high team morale, productivity, and innovation.
• Participate in on-call rotation and act as a point of escalation for technical issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of technical support team, guiding them in technical direction, project execution, and career growth.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with previous experience managing or mentoring DevOps teams.
• Extensive experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.), including hands-on implementation and optimization.
• Experience with GCP is a plus.
• Proficiency in Linux systems and working with the command line.
• Solid skills in scripting languages for automation and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools for managing cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools
• In-depth understanding of networking, security, and monitoring best practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in AWS or GCP.
