Senior DevOps Engineer - Kubernetes & GitLab

• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI to streamline development workflows and facilitate continuous delivery of applications.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Use Kubernetes for deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications in a cloud environment.
• Infrastructure Automation: Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Monitoring & Logging: Set up and manage logging, monitoring, and ing solutions for cloud infrastructure and applications, leveraging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
• Cloud Management: Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Security: Implement best practices for secure application deployment and infrastructure, including identity and access management (IAM), container security, and vulnerability scanning.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with development teams to improve deployment pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration of new features.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, GitLab Runner, and GitLab repositories.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and deployment.
• Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Groovy.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, ing, and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Strong understanding of Networking, Load Balancers, and DNS management.
• Experience with version control systems, primarily Git.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
