Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist with a strong hands-on approach to solving complex data problems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data science methodologies, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, as well as experience working with advanced tech stacks. In addition to delivering high-quality data-driven solutions, the candidate should be capable of screening and interviewing other data professionals to ensure the best talent joins our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
• Work extensively with big data technologies and frameworks to extract meaningful insights.
• Optimize and fine-tune ML models for high performance and scalability.
• Implement deep learning algorithms where applicable for complex problems.
• Conduct technical interviews and screening processes for data science candidates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into business processes.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to build scalable ML infrastructure.
• Leverage MLOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, and model governance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other data science tools.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, etc.
• Expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Modeling, and Time Series Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering, including working with Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, and Kafka.
• Experience with Cloud Computing (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid grasp of statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, and feature engineering.
• Ability to design and execute technical assessments for hiring data scientists.
• Experience in A/B Testing, Experimentation, and Optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, MLOps, and model deployment in production.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex findings in a clear and actionable manner.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with AutoML frameworks and optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) and Reinforcement Learning.
• Contribution to open-source projects or research publications.
• Experience in mentoring and training junior data scientists.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From ₹2,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 5 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• US shift
