Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with 10 to 12 years of experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will work from our office during day shifts and will not be required to travel. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with 10 to 12 years of experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will work from our office during day shifts and will not be required to travel. This role involves leveraging advanced data science techniques to drive impactful business decisions and contribute to the companys growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems
- Oversee the entire data science project lifecycle from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring
- Provide technical expertise in artificial intelligence to enhance the companys product offerings and improve customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
- Conduct thorough data analysis and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ensure the integrity and quality of data used for analysis
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology
- Communicate complex data science concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of data-driven decisions
- Optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability in a production environment
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical standards in all data science activities
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data science within the organization
- Possess a strong background in machine learning and artificial intelligence with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model development
- Exhibit expertise in data preprocessing feature engineering and model evaluation techniques
- Have experience with big data technologies and tools such as Hadoop Spark or similar
- Show a proven track record of successfully deploying machine learning models in a production environment
- Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Have a solid understanding of statistical methods and their applications in data science
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Show a commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science
- Hold a relevant advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Computer Science Statistics or Mathematics
- Exhibit a passion for using data to drive business impact and improve customer experiences
- Demonstrate experience in mentoring and developing junior data scientists.
