About the Role - Develop and maintain robust and efficient data solutions and products starting from the brainstorming phase to final production and product delivery. Design solutions, document them as GAPs and align them with Architects and principal data engineers. Building quality data products through CI/CD and suggest ways to improve. Initiates and experiments with new ideas and approaches that support data strategy. Maintaining the test suites, identifies gaps and proactively seek to correct. Support and maintain Data products, including on-call support & incident management by proactively resolving incidents, coordinating effectively with any relevant teams involved. Be a champion of best practices and see to the fact that the team is adhering to the data standards. Be engaged in how to take the team to the next level. Work in an Agile way with open communication. Establish good relationships with your team and stakeholders. Supports training of new Data Engineering team member
