Job Title: Senior Data Engineer
Location: Bangalore (Weekly Hybrid Mode)

Responsibilities:

• Develop data pipelines, frameworks, APIs, and applications following best practices.
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Technology (POT) evaluations.
• Build and maintain data system monitoring and data quality processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop data solutions.
• Mentor and influence the team through knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest tech trends and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain technical architecture, user, and process documentation.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: 4+ years in Scala/Python (PySpark), Big Data, Kafka, Distributed Databases, GCP (BigQuery, DataProc, etc.).
• Skills: SQL/NoSQL, Airflow (preferred), CICD, Streaming data (Kafka), Data Visualization (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.

Mandatory Skills:
Scala/Python (PySpark), Big Data, Distributed Databases, Kafka, GCP, SQL/NoSQL, Airflow, CICD

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru Rural, Karnataka
