Data Analyst Lead

As a Data Analyst Lead you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our organization's data. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of our data assets.

Requirements

● Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights. Present findings using effective data visualization techniques to stakeholders using tools like Tableau and Power BI.

● Statistical Methodologies: Utilize statistical methods and analysis to interpret data, assess sampling and selection biases, and normalize data for more accurate insights.

● Business Intelligence Tools: Utilize Advanced Excel, SQL, Scala, R, and Python to manage, process, and analyze data. Leverage business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to develop interactive dashboards and detailed reports.

● Optimization & Data Mining: Contribute to data mining reports by providing optimization recommendations and leveraging algorithms such as neural networks, clustering, and regression analysis.

● Database Management: Manage and maintain databases, ensuring efficent storage, retrieval, and processing of data while adhering to best practices in data governance.

● Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges, applying both consulting and testing approaches to research, design, and implement solutions that meet business requirements.

● Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with various teams to interpret data

Pay: From ₹1,514,077.36 per year
