Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired performance levels.
- Analyse large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that highlight areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement analytical frameworks to assess the impact of identified gaps on business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Provide actionable recommendations to address identified gaps and improve business processes.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in conducting gap analysis and other data-related tasks.
