Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience handling large datasets, and expertise in data visualization tools. The role involves analyzing business trends, generating insights, and improving decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate business insights
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, and SQL
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decisions
• Work with different departments to understand data requirements
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reports
• Automate data collection and reporting processes
• Present findings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.)
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and querying
• Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of data cleaning and validation techniques
• Good communication and report presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python/R for data analysis (optional)
• Knowledge of ETL processes and automation
• Certification in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
