Senior Data Analyst

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights that drive our strategic decisions and enhance our service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Interpretation:
• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform business strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including web development, mobile app development, and internet marketing, to understand data needs and deliver insights.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support project initiatives and client engagements.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data through rigorous validation and quality control processes.
• Manage data storage solutions and optimize data retrieval processes.
• Propose and implement improvements to existing data processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with database development and management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with team members across different locations.
