Senior Core Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Perform code reviews, debug issues, and optimize application performance.
• Lead the development of complex modules and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java and related technologies.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design of system solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

• Must-Have:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java development.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in Java 8+ features (e.g., Lambdas, Streams, Functional Interfaces).
  • Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and memory management.
  • Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
  • Expertise in RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate).
  • Proficiency in build tools like Maven or Gradle.
  • Strong experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Good-to-Have:
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
