As a Conversational AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge conversational experiences using natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and other AI techniques. Capable of building intelligent chatbots, virtual assistants, and other conversational interfaces. Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, or a related field. Experience:
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in developing conversational AI systems.
- Experience with NLP techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Skills:
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Python or other programming languages commonly used in NLP.
- Strong understanding of NLP algorithms and techniques.
- Experience with conversational AI platforms, such as CCAI or Yellow.ai
- Knowledge of dialogue management frameworks and techniques.
- Experience in chatbot development best practices. Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creativity and a passion for building engaging conversational experiences. Bonus Points:
- Experience with voice technologies, such as speech recognition and text-to-speech.
- Experience with building and deploying conversational AI systems at scale.
- Experience with specific industry verticals relevant to the company's business.
