This role requires in-depth business analysis skills and the ability to manage complex projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

• Lead requirement gathering sessions and create detailed business analysis reports.
• Develop strategies to solve complex business problems and enhance operational processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
• Analyze market trends, data, and user feedback to optimize business processes.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts and ensure best practices are followed in documentation and analysis.

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.
• Strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and process mapping.
• Proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

• Certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional).
