Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to act as a strategic liaison between our clients and internal teams, driving the design and delivery of innovative operational solutions. This customer-facing role requires a proactive leader who can translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure flawless project execution across global regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for technology-driven solutions (e.g., CRM, Custom Solutions, Project management tools)
• Design functional solutions and prototypes, ensuring alignment with client goals and operational efficiency targets.
• Conduct product demos and secure stakeholder buy-in during pre-sales and implementation phases
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead requirement workshops, UAT sessions, and change management efforts with clients across regions like India and Mauritius
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery
• Provide post-implementation support, resolving client escalations and optimizing solutions based on feedback
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing role.
• Proven expertise in solution design and requirement gathering for tools like Zoho, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project management principles.
• Ability to travel onsite for client meetings or UAT as needed.
• Detail-oriented, decisive, and adept at working under pressure.
