Overview
- Understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Design, Compliance, and Operations to define and deliver fintech solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and product development.
- Gather, analyze, and document workflows, processes, and systems to identify optimization opportunities.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Work closely with the tech team to ensure clarity of requirements and smooth implementation of features.
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and process flow diagrams to visualize user journeys and product features.
- Track KPIs and support post-launch analytics to measure product performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
