Candidate Application Notice

- Review and evaluate current and future state reference data processes and architectures, aiming for continuous improvement.
- Engage with various Citi operations, technology, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with Citi Data Standards.
- Analyze data models to detect patterns and inconsistencies across sources and targets, and document findings.
- Participate in data cleanup efforts and track the status of data capture, storage, and consumption.
- Assist with BAU data management processes across the data lifecycle, including documentation, testing validation, maintenance, and change efforts.
- Research external authoritative sources of reference data and manage updates to reference data sets in collaboration with information owners and technology partners.
- Track compliance with master and reference data governance requirements.
- Facilitate the resolution of issues involving master and reference data use and quality.
- Work with key stakeholders to define success, develop supporting metrics, and build visualizations and analytics.

Data Management:
- Experience in Master and Reference Data domains, e.g., Party/Customer, Account, Product.
- Proficiency in managing data lifecycle processes and documentation.
- Ability to analyze data models and identify patterns and inconsistencies.
- Experience in data cleanup and status tracking.
- Proven ability to manage successful projects.
- Track and resolve issues related to data use and quality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis.
- 5-8 years of experience in the banking or finance industry preferred.
- Proven ability to provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis, with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Conduct reviews of current and future state reference data processes and architectures.
- Engage with various teams to maintain alignment with data standards.
- Analyze data models and document findings.
- Participate in data cleanup and track data status.
- Assist with BAU data management processes.
- Research and manage updates to reference data sets.
- Track compliance with data governance requirements.
- Facilitate issue resolution related to data use and quality.
- Define success metrics and build visualizations and analytics for stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in data management or business analysis are advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders' needs and balance tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes.
- Resourcefulness and continuous improvement mindset.
- High attention to detail and proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
