We are looking for Senior Customer Business Analyst to join our global Customer Insights & Analytics Team. What you’ll do :

As a Senior Customer Business Analyst, you will be responsible for…

• Analyze sophisticated datasets to provide actionable customer insights for leadership and partners.
• Conduct customer analyses, including RFV and repeat behavior studies, across Travelopia businesses.
• Craft and implement impactful customer analyses to address business questions.
• Ensure accurate outputs and validate business hypotheses through data analysis.
• Build dashboards in PowerBI to supervise and report on marketing outcomes.
• Transform sophisticated datasets into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Refine data collection processes for accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and accurate quality issues in reporting, dashboards, and workflows.
• Be responsible for and ensure quality control of analyses.
• Use storytelling and presentation skills to convey insights simply and optimally.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations with clear business implications.
• Handle collaborator expectations on timelines, challenges, and deliverables.
• Align analysis requirements with business needs and validate hypotheses.
• Assist in project planning, supervise progress, and flag risks or delays.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams, serving as a trusted partner for Travelopia brands.
• Provide thought leadership on customer data and insights topics.
  
  

What you’ll bring :

• Experience in analytics, focusing on customer, product, or marketing insights.
• Expertise in analyzing and mining datasets for reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong skills with a proven track record in sophisticated data analysis and delivering customer insights.
• Skilled in crafting data visualizations and dashboards using tools like PowerBI.
• Strategic problem solver with the ability to connect data, analytics, and business objectives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL; exposure to Python, R, and machine learning is a plus.
• Diligent with excellent planning, time management, and skills.
• Strong communication skills to present sophisticated information clearly and provide recommendations.
• Collaborative, with outstanding problem-solving, thinking, and work ethic.
• Shown experience in data visualization, analysis, and thinking.
