Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, converting them into technical specifications.
• Define user stories, workflows, and data models to guide development teams.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL and analytics tools to drive system improvements.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment on priorities.
• Support Agile processes like sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Optimize systems by identifying inefficiencies and assisting in third-party integrations.
• Work with QA teams to define test cases and validate system functionality.
  

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst/SBA, Scrum Master or Technical Product Manager role.
• Experience in healthcare domain.
• Strong analytical skills, hands-on SQL experience, and knowledge of APIs & cloud solutions (AWS preferred).
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
