Senior Business Analyst

Overview

Bee Logical Software Solution is looking for a Senior Business Analyst, who will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and defining business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of web and mobile application projects. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications and user stories.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery.

• Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Work closely with Project Managers to plan sprints and releases.

• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.

• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate the final product against business needs.

• Create detailed documentation including BRD, FRD, SRS, wireframes, and process flow diagrams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services, preferably in Web and Mobile Application development.

• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Experience in working with wireframing tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, or Axure.

• Expertise in writing user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

• Understanding of APIs, database structures, and system integrations is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.

• Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, Blockchain, or IoT in application development.

• Experience in pre-sales and proposal documentation.
