Job SummaryColladome is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management for our client projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques such as RBAC Matrix, BPMN, MoSCoW prioritization, verification, and validation is essential. You will work closely with cross-functional agile teams to enhance business efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend optimized workflows.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to extract actionable insights.
- Project Management Support:
- Assist in defining project scope, backlog items, MVP scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- UI/UX Prototype Support:
- Work with the UI/UX design team to finalize prototypes for agile development.
- User Acceptance Testing Support:
- Conduct user acceptance tests and provide ongoing feedback to development teams.
- Technology & Digital Transformation:
- Engage in system integrations, automation solutions, and emerging technology projects.
- Risk Management & Compliance:
- Ensure projects align with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and presentations for stakeholders.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 10+ years in business analysis, preferably within IT, finance, consulting, or market research.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving:
- Strong ability to analyze complex data and formulate strategic recommendations.
- Modelling Techniques:
- Proficient in Data Modelling, Business Process Modelling (BPM), UML, SysML, and RBAC.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with web applications, APIs, databases, and ML development is desirable.
- Experience with software system testing, particularly User Acceptance Testing, is a plus.
- Process Modeling Tools:
- Experience with tools like draw.io, Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN for workflow documentation.
- Agile & Scrum Methodologies:
- Proficient with agile project management using Azure DevOps Boards and Test (knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or Trello is a plus).
- Ability to prioritize requirements using the MoSCoW method and convert them into Product and Sprint backlog items.
- Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- CBAP, PMP, Agile Business Analyst, or other relevant certifications.
