Senior Business Analyst ( P&C Insurance )

Roles & responsibilities:
- Run requirement gathering and engagement with business working with IAM analyst and business areas to define domains, business roles & system entitlements
- Run requirement gathering for LIAM foundation UK specific requirements
- Work with consulting & technology teams including architecture to support designs and application scope
- Need to be able to communicate with business stakeholders well and build role profiles, requirements for tooling, support scope definition etc.
- Experience in Role based access control management
- Familiarity of any of the below would be a plus –
- Protocols & standards : AML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP, SSO, MFA,
- IAM platform : Okta, Ping or Azure AD, Active Directory, CyberArk PIM, ServiceNow
- Active Directory, CyberArk PIM, ServiceNow would be a plus
- Cloud -based applications and services like AWS, AZURE or GCP.
Senior Business Analyst ( P&C Insurance )
Exp : 6 +
Job Location : Pune \ Trivandrum
- Experienced on several change projects, utilising Agile methodologies (SAFe methodologies advantageous)
- Solid experience creating Epics and User Stories using Jira and Confluence and maintaining and prioritising epics
- Experience in employing a range of elicitation techniques, including workshop facilitation with business and IT stakeholders / SMEs
- Good understanding of Use Cases, Value Streams and Personas
- Can apply recognised industry standard modelling techniques including data modelling and BPMN.
- A Good understanding of Business Change support activities, would be advantageous
- Experience working in an Insurance environment, particularly General Insurance (P&C/Commercial prefered)
- An agile mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering against business prioritie
