Senior Business Analyst - FP & A

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our product development team for Epicor FP&A. This role combines finance, business analysis, and product management expertise in finance, business analysis, and product management to drive strategic initiatives, enhance business processes, and deliver exceptional value to our clients. The Business Analyst will work closely with customers as a finance adviser, identifying opportunities to improve processes with Epicor FP&A, specifying requirements for new features, and understanding customer values and demands.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product managers, and developers to gather and document product requirements.
• Analyze and translate business and customer requirements into detailed specifications.
• Act as a finance adviser to customers, helping them improve their financial processes using Epicor FP&A.
• Identify gaps in the current product offerings and specify requirements for new features.
• Present and demonstrate product functionalities to customers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and innovation initiatives.
  
  

What You Will Likely Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business analytics, Accounting and Finance Business Administration, or a related fields
• Having qualifications in CPA, CA, CIMA, or ACCA would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in financial accounting, financial consolidation processes and software
• 4+ years of progressive experience in finance, business analysis, and product management.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with ERP software and SaaS.
• Financial modeling and analysis, budgeting and forecasting
• Business and customer requirements gathering
• Project management and monitoring
• Advanced Excel and financial software proficiency
• Assist with customer problem resolution and monitoring.
• Effective communication and presentation skills
