Overview
Job Description
- As a member of software product development team, responsible for bridging customer’s business needs with technical team.
- Provide domain leadership for design, development & implementation of software related B2C portal.
- Provide expert advice on Sales, Collections and Stock Management with best practices and process flows.
- Understand business requirements from Process Owners, evaluate existing applications and be innovative while designing process flows/workflows for the new product development.
- Understand the business requirements and create SRS documents highlighting business process workflows, ER Diagrams, field level attributes for each screen.
- Help UX team to develop Figma Wireframes, Understanding of Figma basics is essential.
- Develop user stories keeping end user point of view.
- Define non-functional requirements viz.. usability, security, reliability, performance, availability, and scalability.
- Collaborate effectively with solution architect & UI/UX designer in developing & testing the wireframes.
- Collaborate effectively with the development team and ensure that the business requirements are understood by the developers and enable them to design & develop.
- Conduct initial Unit testing/black box testing and ensure the software product is developed in-line with the functional specifications.
- Develop requirement traceability matrix and ensure all functions are tracked from requirements to deployment.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders and conducting meetings as necessary to understand requirements and determine possible areas for improvement.
- Create user manual, end user training guide/documents
- Develop product roadmap in line with the market trends to build new features supporting the business needs.
- Participate in review meetings and provide status update as required
Mandatory Skills
- Proven expertise in B2C Sales applications, Stock Management and Collections.
- Should have 7+ years of experience in software product development organization. Out of 7+ years, minimum 3 years of experience in the B2C domain with 4+ years as a business analyst.
- Should have been involved in Wireframe development using Figma.
- Should have been involved as a business analyst in E2E development of a software product.
- Should have complete understating of SDLC & Agile methodology
- Should have skills in writing functional specification documents, process flow diagrams, ER diagrams, user stories.
- Should have good understanding of non-functional requirements viz.. usability, security, reliability, performance, availability, and scalability.
