Senior Business Analyst - AI/ML

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, and product strategy, along with additional exposure to AI, ML, and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role will be responsible for analyzing, defining, and optimizing product requirements while identifying opportunities to integrate AI/ML innovations to enhance business value.

What You Will Be Doing

🔹 Requirement Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for new and existing products.
• Identify potential AI/ML use cases and introduce LLMs into product development to improve efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
  
  

🔹 Product Strategy & Data-Driven Decision Making

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user behavior analysis to refine product strategy.
• Define and refine KPIs to measure AI-driven enhancements and product performance.
  
  

🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration & Agile Execution

• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring AI/ML initiatives align with product goals.
• Define user stories, workflows, and functional specifications with a focus on AI-driven automation.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on AI/ML capabilities.
  
  

What You Will Likely Bring

• 5 to 8 years of experience in business analysis, product strategy, and requirement gathering.
• Additional exposure to AI, ML, NLP, and LLMs, with an understanding of how they can be applied in products.
• Strong expertise in process optimization, data analysis, and workflow automation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.
