Job Description:
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Mogra.ai, you will play a crucial role in the management and optimization of our cloud infrastructure and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and IT, to streamline deployment processes, monitor system health, and ensure operational efficiency. Your expertise in cloud technologies, automation tools, and DevOps best practices will be essential in maintaining the high availability and scalability of our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on Azure and AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Automation: Leverage Terraform, GitLab, PowerShell, and other tools to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment pipelines.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and reliable deployment of new features and fixes for our AI products and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to integrate development and deployment workflows, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring solutions to track infrastructure performance and application health. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, reliability, and security.
- Security Best Practices: Apply security best practices across the entire DevOps lifecycle, including continuous monitoring, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
- Cloud Cost Optimization: Optimize cloud resource usage to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high service availability and performance.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and concise documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and monitoring systems. Provide regular reports on system health, performance, and incident resolutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in DevOps engineering or related roles, with a strong background in cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure).
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation.
- Proficient in GitLab CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
- Experience with AWS Serverless technologies and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or other languages for automation and system management.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and log management tools (e.g., ELK stack).
- Deep understanding of cloud services, load balancing, high availability, and security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, or container orchestration.
- Familiarity with Serverless computing and Lambda functions.
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Azure DevOps Solutions Expert certifications.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development teams.
