Overview
- Hands on experience managing aws services/products and EC2 instances.
- Ability to think and implement strategy related to cloud.
- Budget and cost management related to cloud.
- Creation and management of VPC, Subnet, NACL, Route tables, InternetGW, NATGW.
- Creation and management of IAM, Managed AD, IDM, AWS SSO, Route 53, Cloud front.
- Creation and management of EC2 instances, ALB, Backup, Snapshots.
- Knowledge in AWS services like S3, TransitGW, AWS VPN, VPC Peering.
- Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment, security, cost-effectiveness and high availability in the cloud.
- Create and implement automation for cloud platforms as well as monitoring and alerting purposes.
- Provides expert level design and engineering support towards the successful delivery of IT's cloud project portfolio.
- Assess clients’ workloads and technology landscape for Cloud suitability
- Leverage automation tools and Infrastructure as Code tools to maintain environment and execute changes while adhering to change management process
- Identify areas of operations with quality deficits or automation opportunities and work to improve
Proficient in shell scripting, Python, etc
Configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, puppet
Experience with GitHub & Open Source
