The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of middleware integration, service-oriented architecture, and WebLogic Server administration. Familiarity with IBM Cloud Pak for Integration and Confluent Kafka will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Middleware Development and Integration:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle SOA Suite, including SOA, OSB, and OWSM.
- Ensure seamless integration between applications and data sources using middleware technologies.
- WebLogic Server Administration:
- Perform basic administrative tasks for Oracle WebLogic Server, including deployments, configurations, and monitoring.
- Advanced Integration (Preferred):
- Utilize IBM Cloud Pak for Integration tools like IBM App Connect and IBM DataPower for advanced application integration and secure communication.
- Work with Confluent Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging solutions.
- Optimization and Troubleshooting:
- Optimize middleware solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across integration layers.
- Collaboration and Documentation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including designs, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
Must-Have Skills:
- Oracle Middleware Expertise:
- Proficiency in Oracle SOA Suite components (SOA, OSB, OWSM).
- Basic administration skills for Oracle WebLogic Server.
- IBM Cloud Pak for Integration:
- Experience with IBM App Connect and IBM DataPower.
- Confluent Kafka:
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in middleware development and integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
