Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Developer to design, develop, and maintain complex database systems using PL/SQL and MySQL. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of our database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex database systems using PL/SQL and MySQL.
• Write efficient and well-documented SQL code, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product management, to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned with our coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues, including performance optimization and data integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in database development, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our database systems.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in database development, with a focus on PL/SQL and MySQL.
• Strong expertise in PL/SQL, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Proficiency in MySQL, including database design, development, and optimization.
• Experience with database modeling tools like ERwin or Oracle Designer.
• Strong understanding of database security, backup, and recovery procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
