We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML Engineer with experience in Machine Learning and

Generative AI. In this role, you will architect and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that

leverage advanced core Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, AI agents, and

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to solve complex business

challenges.

Role : Senior AI/ML Engineer (Gen AI)

Role Context

In this role, you will be a key member of our collaborative AI/ML team, delivering

client-driven AI solutions. Your role centers on understanding client requirements,

planning efficient architectures, and building agentic workflows that automate specific

business tasks. You'll be actively involved throughout the entire software development

lifecycle—from conceptualizing proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to deploying and monitoring

scalable AI applications for multiple users.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related

field

2. 2+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence

3. Expertise in NLP (text preprocessing, tokenization, embeddings) and

Generative AI (LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, Llama)

4. Strong proficiency in frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI,

Pydantic, OpenAI Agents SDK

5. Proven track record of deploying ML models and applications using Python,

Docker, and Git

6. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and container

orchestration tools

7. Experience with SaaS LLM providers (Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS

Bedrock) for text/audio/image/video modalitiesPreferred Qualifications

1. Familiarity with open-source LLMs, Hugging Face libraries, quantization, and

fine-tuning (PEFT, RLHF)

2. Working knowledge of vector databases (ChromaDB, PGVector) and retrieval

techniques (dense/sparse retrieval)

3. Demonstrated success building or integrating search and retrieval systems

(Elasticsearch, AI Search)

4. Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

5. Familiarity with MLOps tools and workflows for model versioning, continuous

integration, and continuous deployment

6. Strong background in data engineering (pipeline development, SQL/NoSQL

databases)

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and Architect AI Solutions: Analyze client requirements to determine the

optimal technologies and design efficient architectures tailored to specific use

cases.

2. Stay Updated on AI Trends: Continuously monitor emerging technologies and

industry updates to integrate innovative tools and practices into your solutions.

3. Build Agentic Workflows: Develop automated workflows using AI agents to

address and streamline specific business tasks.

4. Develop Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs): Experiment with various tools, APIs, and

methodologies to validate potential solutions before full-scale implementation.

5. Manage the Software Development Lifecycle: Engage in every phase of

development—from requirement analysis and design to testing, deployment,

and post-deployment monitoring.

6. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, data

scientists, and software engineers to ensure seamless integration and

alignment with client objectives.

7. Testing and Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and performance evaluations

to ensure the reliability and efficiency of your AI applications.
