Job Summary

The automation engineer will be working with the CAA-QA. He / She is responsible for developing new framework related functions and reusable libraries. Automation Engineers should work with multiple product teams, understand their automation needs and help them in automation & maintenance. The candidate should be able to manage automation activities independently and provide status to stakeholders on a regular basis

Key Responsibilities

• Good experience in core Java.
• Good experience with UI automation using Selenium WebDriver
• Should be proficient in java concepts: OOPs, Collections, Exception handling, Design Patterns, Debugging skills
• Use Java API or 3rd Party libraries / jar
• Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, communication and presentation skills
• Experience with open-source QA tools – Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Extent Report, Selenium GRID
• Design and develop automated testing for all layers of the solution
• Experience with using BDD tools like Cucumber or JBehave
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
• Develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts using Selenium
• Good to have knowledge on Maven, GIT and Jenkins
• Should be able to develop framework related functions and reusable libraries
• Should have good knowledge in DB, able to write complex queries
  
  

Requirements

• 2.6 - 4 Years of experience in automation
• Strong knowledge in Selenium, Java. Good to have skills like maven, testNG, cucumber and Jenkins
