Overview
- Analyze, preprocess, and clean structured and unstructured datasets to support AI/ML initiatives.
- Assist in building, training, and evaluating machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Interpret AI/ML model results and communicate findings through visualizations and reports.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML applications and define project requirements.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Support the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI/ML models in production.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and tools.
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of data pipelines and model automation workflows.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks .
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn).
- Familiarity with big data tools like Spark or Hadoop is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management for data extraction and manipulation.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills to interpret data and validate models.
- Experience in feature engineering and data transformation.
Business Acumen:
- Understanding of business processes and ability to align AI/ML solutions with organizational goals.
- Ability to translate complex analytical results into actionable business insights.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
