About Team: Customer marketing team is responsible for developing and providing operational support for creating campaigns, advertisements, banners and promotional content driving sales and revenues from the eCommerce platforms.
What will you do?
As a scrum master, you will work closely with the product owners from the customer marketing team on PI planning, prioritize product feature backlogs and co-ordinate with the development teams delivering high-quality products within agreed-upon timelines. You will be a part of global IT team that fosters a collaborative environment to encourage innovation, open communication and incorporate continuous feedback.

General Job Functions
- Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Educate and reinforce agile methodologies within the team and across the organization.
- Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
- Foster a collaborative environment and encourage open communication and continuous feedback.
- Track and report on team performance metrics and progress towards sprint goals.
- Assist the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and facilitate effective communication between the Product Owner and the development team.
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality products within agreed-upon timelines and promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to work with global IT and cross-functional teams.
- Interpersonal Savvy: Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.
- Proficient in Java programming language.
- Understanding of Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
- Knowledge of restful APIs and web services development in Java.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an agile environment. Proven track record of successfully implementing Scrum practices and facilitating agile teams. Experience in software development is highly desirable.
