
Overview
As a Scrum Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coaching multiple Scrum teams within a SAFe framework, ensuring that Agile practices and principles are adhered to. You will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to drive continuous improvement, streamline processes, and support the delivery of high-value products. This role requires a dynamic, collaborative leader who can foster a culture of agility, coaching, and team success.
Scrum Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives) for multiple Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and continuous improvement.
SAFe Implementation: Lead the adoption and scaling of Agile practices using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), working across multiple teams and ensuring alignment with Program Increment (PI) planning and delivery.
Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and support to Scrum Masters and team members, helping them build a strong Agile mindset and become high-performing teams.
Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and leadership to align on priorities, refine product backlogs, and ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
Actively identify and remove any roadblocks or challenges that may hinder the progress of the teams, ensuring that obstacles are addressed swiftly and efficiently.
Ensure alignment and collaboration between multiple Scrum teams within the larger SAFe program structure, coordinating dependencies and ensuring the successful delivery of program increments.
