Scrum Master / Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Scrum Master cum Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead agile practices, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles while fostering continuous improvement. In addition, they will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
• Guide the team in adopting Agile best practices and ensure smooth Sprint execution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Remove impediments to ensure project progress and timely delivery.
• Foster communication between technical and business teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?772,709.59 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
