As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile development processes and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products. Primary Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile development processes and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.

- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Coach Agile Practices: Guide the team in adopting Agile methodologies and best practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Promote Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
- Shield the Team: Protect the team from external distractions and interruptions, allowing them to focus on delivering value during sprints.
- Facilitate Decision-Making: Help the team make informed decisions, facilitate consensus-building, and ensure alignment with project goals and priorities.
- Monitor Progress: Track team velocity, sprint progress, and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the delivery process.
- Promote Self-Organization: Encourage self-organization and empowerment within the team, fostering a sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure the successful delivery of business value.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience
At least 3+ years of related experience- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and principles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools.
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement, with a growth mindset.
- Strong computer, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
- Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
- Previous experience as a software developer or in a technical role.
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
Required Education:
- B.E/MTech/MCA degree in a computer related field.
- 2 or more years of experience in a business environment as a Scrum Master
