Location Requirement

Bangalore – Whitefield [Hybrid – at least 3 days a week]

Responsibilities

• Act as a Servant Leader to Agile development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to define and refine backlog items.
• Remove impediments and drive team focus towards sprint goals.
• Ensure Agile best practices and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) are effectively implemented.
• Promote self-organization and ownership within the development team.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth DevOps and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Use Agile metrics (burn down charts, velocity, cycle time) to drive team performance improvements.
• Support in Coaching and mentoring team members in Agile practices and principles.
• Communicate effectively with senior management regarding project status, risks, and dependencies.

• Firm with communication skills

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams in complex software projects.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent)
• Having a background in Java, Spring Boot, or similar backend technologies
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence or Rally.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
