Scrum Master

Overview

Job Summary:

Zil Money is looking for a Mid-Level Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices within our teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding project requirements, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow while fostering collaboration between cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Understand and break down project requirements to effectively allocate tasks to team members.
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth execution of sprints while maintaining focus on deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address roadblocks to maintain efficiency.
• Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and other key Agile metrics.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to Agile methodologies.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Experience in task allocation, backlog management, and sprint planning.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and resolve team conflicts effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in fintech or software development projects is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per month
