Overview

Scrum Master (1-3 Years Experience)Location: Trivandrum ,kerala | Employment Type: Full-Time

We are hiring a Scrum Master with 1-3 years of experience to drive Agile processes, manage projects, and take on Business Analyst, SME, and Product Owner responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Gather and document business requirements and align with development teams.
• Define and prioritize product backlogs, write user stories, and set acceptance criteria.
• Remove roadblocks, improve team efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in Scrum, Agile project management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and backlog management.
• Experience with JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Good to have: Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM), SaaS/e-commerce experience.
