We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a CMMI Level-5 company and possess strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end project management and direction: Ensure the requesting customer has a clear understanding of timelines, risks, escalation path, and roles/responsibilities within the team.
- Lead the scrum team in Agile methodology and scrum practices: Foster a culture of self-organization and collaboration within the team.
- Support the product owner and development team: Help achieve customer satisfaction through Agile techniques and collaboration.
- Lead scrum and development teams in self-organization: Encourage autonomy, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Experience with successful Agile techniques: Apply Agile principles and practices to deliver high-quality results.
- Data analytical skills: Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
- Engineering metrics understanding: Monitor and evaluate metrics such as Review Efficiency, Defect Density, Defect Leakage, Velocity, Sprint Completion Ratio, and other project-level metrics.
- Governance and follow-up: Provide frequent follow-up and governance for all requests in queue, facilitating formal reviews with support partners.
- Deliverable monitoring: Ensure deliverables are met until agreed-upon handover.
- Team leadership: Demonstrate the ability to work with and lead a team, leveraging strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
