Job Title: Offshore Scrum Master

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience Level: 5+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Mon – Fri (8 Hours in PST)

Job Overview:

We are seeking highly experienced offshore Scrum Masters who can lead agile teams to deliver high quality solutions. The ideal candidates will excel in agile methodologies, fostering collaboration, and driving productivity for distributed teams. They will work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects while maintaining an emphasis on quality and timely outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Act as a servant leader to agile teams, ensuring the principles and practices of Scrum are

effectively implemented.

• 
  Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and

retrospectives.

• 
  Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is refined, prioritized, and

understood by the team.

• 
  Remove impediments that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring a seamless workflow.
• 
  Act as a communication bridge between onshore and offshore teams, fostering alignment on

project goals and deliverables.

• 
  Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging retrospectives and implementing

feedback into actionable changes.

• 
  Monitor team performance using agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) and provide

regular updates to stakeholders.

• 
  Ensure compliance with organizational and client-specific agile processes and standards.
• 
  Mentor team members in agile best practices and encourage self-organization within the team.
• 
  Actively resolve conflicts, fostering an environment of collaboration and trust.

Qualifications:

• 
  Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology,

Business, or a related field.
